How it works
These are the steps the product already supports. A step that depends on the plan stays off until that plan includes it.

Create your account
Start Building opens the existing account page. It does not create a second sign-in.

Create your business
After you sign in, add a business. That business has its own website and workspace.

Set up the website
Name the site and finish the first-time setup for that business.

Design the pages
Arrange the page, choose a theme, and add the words and images that belong to the business.

Turn on business features
Enquiries, booking, quotations, and automations are available when the plan includes them and they are turned on.

Connect a domain
A custom domain is available when the plan includes it. The platform address still works without one.

Publish
Publishing makes that business’s pages live. It does not change this NELAI page or another business.
What you can do
NELAI is the website and the workspace for one business. Store checkout and visitor tracking are not part of this product.
Website builder
Design a page in the workspace, preview it, and publish it for that business.
Themes
Start from a theme and adjust color and type for the website.
Pages and content
Pages, content records, and uploaded files stay with the business that owns them.
Search settings
A published page can have its own title, description, and social tags.
Team
Invite people as owner, admin, editor, or viewer. Each role keeps the access it already has.
Analytics
See pages, media, members, and automations created in a period, plus current plan usage. Visitor and page-view tracking is not available.
Enquiries and quotations
Depends on the plan
When Lead Management is on, a public form can create an enquiry, and the business can raise a quotation.
Booking
Depends on the plan
When Booking is on, the site can offer a booking form and the workspace can manage appointments.
Automations
Depends on the plan
A saved automation can notify the business owners when an enquiry, booking, or quotation changes, or on a schedule.
Custom domain
Depends on the plan
Connect a domain you already own and serve the published site there with HTTPS.
How the platform is kept separate
These are product behaviors already in NELAI. This page does not claim a security certification, an audit report, or a guaranteed uptime.
Separate businesses
A person who is not a member of a business cannot open its workspace or its records.
Roles
Owner, admin, editor, and viewer do not share the same actions.
Sign-in
Passwords are stored as a scrypt hash. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
Domains
A connected custom domain can be served with HTTPS. A domain that is not connected does not publish the site.
Backup
An owner can download a backup of the business and restore it into that same business.
Activity
The workspace keeps an activity record of changes. It does not record passwords or payment secrets.
Assistant
Help inside the page, not a second product
In the builder, an assistant can propose a section from the blocks already available to that business. It does not call an external model.
Not available yet
A connected model is not part of this release
Layout generation, search writing, and image descriptions from an external model are not available.

These are the public plans. You choose and pay on the plan page after the business exists. This page does not take payment.

Questions
Is this a separate website builder?
No. The page you design is the website builder already in the business workspace, including preview and publish.
Where do I sign in?
Log in is the only sign-in page. A platform admin continues to the platform. A client continues to their businesses.
Does the assistant use an external AI model?
The builder assistant assembles sections from the blocks already available. No external model is connected. A connected model is not part of this release.
Can one business see another business?
No. Each published site and each workspace stays with its own business.
Does NELAI track visitors?
No. Analytics counts records the business created, such as pages and enquiries. It does not count visitors or page views.
